1987. She has been a member of the Local and State Sales Award Club
since 1997; her sales approximate $5 million annually. Gay studied
Architecture and Art History at the University of Cincinnati. Since
1961, she has lived in the Dayton area where she raised four children,
volunteered at the Museum of Natural History (now known as the
Boonshoft), and headed the corporate drive for PBS. Gay was a staff
member of the United Way of Dayton and served as Executive Director of
the Easter Seal Society. Her interest in our community continues through
membership in the Junior League of Dayton. |

Born in Cincinnati, Ann moved to Dayton in 1957. She earned her Real
Estate License in 1970 and worked for Robert Gray Realty, Irongate Realty;
she joined J.P. Hobstetter, Sr. Realty in 1985. She retired in 1992 and
has now returned to the business. Ann was named "Realtor of the Year" in
1980. She attended Miami University in Oxford and the University of
Cincinnati. Her interest in the community led her to becoming a member
of the Junior League of Cincinnati and Dayton, as well as serving on the
Montgomery County Mental Health Board in Dayton. Presently she is a
member of the Oakwood Historical Society. Ann is the mother of five
